From Accessibility to Talent and Leadership
As businesses navigate demographic shifts, evolving workforce expectations, skills shortages, technological disruption and increasing social diversity, inclusion is no longer simply about compliance or reputation. It is a business imperative.
Manulife, in partnership with The Valuable 500, is convening this Disability Inclusion Forum in Hong Kong as the start of a series of regional conversations to explore how organizations can move beyond accommodation and intentionally design workplaces, technologies, leadership practices and talent systems where people of all abilities, identities, backgrounds and life stages can thrive.
The forum is expected to bring together approximately 120 senior business leaders, HR and talent executives, DEI practitioners, accessibility and disability inclusion experts, government and NGO representatives, community advocates, and professionals with lived experience, creating a unique opportunity for cross-sector dialogue on the future of inclusive talent, leadership, and workplace design in Hong Kong.
